I can’t login with my voucher code

Hi there,

You can only use your voucher code once. Please follow the below steps:

1) If the error says “Already taken,” this means it’s already been used. Please request another code from your teacher. 2) Make sure you’ve entered the code correctly. 3) You only use your code once, so if you’ve already used your access code to create your account, you do not need to use it again. Now you just click the “Login” button and enter your email/cellphone number and password you created.

If you have forgotten your password, click 'Forgot password' to retrieve the reset link.
