I can’t login with my license key
Your license key can only be used once to create your account. If you’re having trouble logging in with your license key, please check the following:
- “Already used” error
If you see a message saying “Already used”, this means the license key has already been used. Please request a new license key from your teacher.
- Check the license key details
Make sure you’ve entered the license key correctly, including all letters and numbers.
- You’ve already created an account
If you’ve already used the license key to create your account, you do not need to use it again. Simply “Login” using the email address or cellphone number and password you created.
