I forgot my password

If you've forgotten which email or cellphone number you used to create your account, please ask your teacher to check this for you on the Dashboard.

If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry, you can easily reset it.

1. Go to the login page.
2. Click “Forgot your password”.
3. Follow the steps to receive a password reset link sent to the email address or cellphone number you used to create your account.
4. Once you receive the link, follow the instructions to create a new password and log in again.

Tips:

• If you don’t see the email, please check your junk or spam folders.
• Please wait a few minutes after you’ve clicked the “Forgot your password” button before you click it again.
• If you do not receive any email or SMS, then you have likely entered the wrong email or number. In this case, please ask your teacher to check your account details on the Admin Dashboard.
