I forgot my password
You will need to reset your password.
Click the “Login” button and then click the “Forgot password” link.
Enter your email/cellphone number you used to create your account and you will then receive an email or SMS with a link to reset your password.
Tips:
- If you don’t see the email, please check your junk or spam folders
- Please wait a few minutes after you’ve clicked the “Password Reset” button before you click it again.
- If you do not receive any email or SMS, then you have likely entered the wrong email or number. In this case, please share with us your access code you used to create your account.
- If you don’t know your access code, then we will have to create a new one for you. In this case, please email hi@yenzacareers.com and copy your teacher into the email so we can reassign you a license code to create a new account.
