My license key has already been used
Hi there,
Have you already used your license key to create your account? Meaning, have you successfully logged in with your code and taken the first assessment?
If you have, then you don’t need to use the code again to login. You can just click the “Login” button to sign up with your email/cellphone number and password you created.
If you have not signed up before and the license key says “Already taken,” then please ask your teacher for a new code.
