My license key has already been used
If you see a message saying that your license key has already been used, don’t worry, this usually means one of two things.
- You’ve already used the license key
- You haven’t signed up before
You’ve already used the license key
If you previously used the license key to create your account, you do not need to use the license again.
Simply “Login” using the email address or cellphone number and password you created when you first created an account.
To log in to your Yenza account, go to https://app.yenzacareers.com/login
You haven’t signed up before
If you have never created an account and your license key shows as “Already used”, please speak to your teacher and ask for a new license key.
