My voucher code has already been used

Hi there,

Have you already used your voucher code to create your account? Meaning, have you successfully logged in with your code and taken the first assessment?

If you have, then you don’t need to use the code again to login. You can just click the “Login” button to sign up with your email/cellphone number and password you created.

If you have not signed up before and the access code says “Already taken,” then please ask your teacher for a new code.
