I haven’t received the OTP

Here are a few things to check:

  1. If you signed up with email — Check your spam/junk folder for the 5-digit code.
  2. If you signed up with phone — Check your SMS messages.
  3. Make sure you entered the correct email or phone number when signing up.

You can also try clicking the "Resend code" button on the verification screen.
